Aug 28, 2019

Manchester - 18th September 2019 - 09:00 - 12:00

Hosted by the Greater Manchester Business Growth Hub and delivered by CIRCLE Leadership.

This workshop is focused on effective teamwork fundamentals, including creating vision and common purpose, best practice goal setting, motivation, delegation and what it takes to create an engaged and trusted team.

Many now believe that the ability to develop and lead good teams is the number one leadership skill required by today’s organisations.

In this time of unprecedented change and uncertainty, companies are downsizing, right sizing and re-organising. What is crucial to the success of these measures is working co-operatively in an environment of respect, drawing on all the skills and talents available to deliver the best results possible.

This session will provide an understanding of:

To articulate a vision and delegate responsibility
How to motivate and create a purpose driven-team
How to set clear expectations and SMART goals
How to hire and surrounding your-self with the right people
How to inspire trust within your team/organisation
This programme is led by experienced leaders for leaders, it is interactive, participative and provides clarity and clear understanding of the benefits of great team work and effective team work fundamentals. It is an interactive workshop that will provide managers and leaders with practical guidance, management tools and industry best practice to inspire, refresh and evoke action.

Success in business is measured by a variety of different attributes. Success can mean hitting a specific profit margin or any number of other performance goals. But no matter how you measure success within your business, you need the right people to help you achieve those goals. At one time, the notion of success was dedicated to the idea that you had to have a sole leader in position to drive the team to their goals. However, this notion is no longer an option for most businesses.
