Mar 09, 2020

Develop Your Digital Technology Roadmap

CIRCLE Leadership and Faremaxpro are hosting a one-day workshop for the Northern Automotive Alliance to help their members to understand the process of developing a digital technology road map and:
  • learn the steps to take for introducing technology that will drive efficiency and effectiveness of the business
  • look at the three key challenges faced when adopting digitisation:
    • How to scale
    • Risk of failure
    • Skills needed
  • look at examples of technology road maps and identify how to start to develop your own business road map

Industry 4.0 is now available in abundance and can bring great benefit to your business. The first steps towards this, which technology to adopt first and how to plan in line with what your business needs, is often the part that needs some explanation.

The workshop is focussed on the automotive industry, it's OEM suppliers and partners. It is open to both NAA members and non-members alike.

Cost:
NAA Members : £350 + vat
Non-Members : £450 + vat

Date: 31st March 2020

Location: Partnership for Learning, Halewood

Success in business is measured by a variety of different attributes. Success can mean hitting a specific profit margin or any number of other performance goals. But no matter how you measure success within your business, you need the right people to help you achieve those goals. At one time, the notion of success was dedicated to the idea that you had to have a sole leader in position to drive the team to their goals. However, this notion is no longer an option for most businesses.
