The past 100+ days have been a real journey of highs and lows for us all and we've had to adapt and change. We are a people business and the vast majority of our client interaction was face-to-face, either 1:1 or with teams. The COVID-19 crisis stopped this interaction overnight. We were not able to support our clients as we wanted and they needed.
The team at CIRCLE have had to adapt and change to the ever-changing environment we have found ourselves in. We have practiced what we preached and brought in external support. We knew that a fresh pair of eyes, an unbiased opinion and a channel for us to voice our concerns and ideas would be the best way for us to pivot and accelerate to perform in the new, next normal. module has been revised and updated with a focus on remote teams. This is particularly important for businesses who are in their quarterly and half-yearly review phases. Our management capability assessment tool
and learning and development pathway is now also online.
Our experienced
leadership coaches and business mentors
have, like many of us, moved their sessions remotely. This, although strange at first, has proven to be extremely effective, especially for time-poor business owners and leaders who are also on a recovery journey. We have implemented an
online booking tool
to simplify slotting in a coaching session.
I am really proud of how we have gone back-to-basics, revised and updated our proposition and collaborated with new external support to ensure we can support our clients and partners in the new world we now find ourselves in.
