Entrepreneurs WANTED - Pay it Forward

Jul 29, 2020

Applications welcomed for September 2020 Cohort

The founder and Managing Director of CIRCLE Leadership, Mark Bayley-Smyth, has re-launched the CIRCLE Pay-it-forward pledge and is now welcoming applications from regional entrepreneurs and business owners.

Our company founder and team are all passionate about supporting businesses and their leaders to thrive and grow. They have all started and built their own businesses, have worked for large corporate organisations and have been fortunate to have benefited from great mentors and supporters.

The team now want to use some of their own time and resources to give back and to support and develop entrepreneurs and business owners to develop themselves as well as their businesses. This will be done on a pro-bono basis.

The primary focus is initially on the business owner and their own personal skills, before expanding the support to work closely with the entrepreneur to develop and grow their business. The support will include 1:1 coaching and mentoring, leadership skills and development training as well as business model, strategy and planning support.

The CIRCLE Leadership team will each select one entrepreneur to support over a 3 month period, with the next cohort starting in September 2020. For each cohort, the team will focus on entrepreneurs from particular backgrounds, regions or sectors. The selected focus for this cohort are:

  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus:  Female entrepreneurs
  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus:  Business owners and leaders from the LGBT+community
  • Sector Focus:  Manufacturing
  • Regional Focus:  North-West UK - Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Staffordshire.

Applications are now welcome via the Pay it forward page HERE.

Success in business is measured by a variety of different attributes. Success can mean hitting a specific profit margin or any number of other performance goals. But no matter how you measure success within your business, you need the right people to help you achieve those goals. At one time, the notion of success was dedicated to the idea that you had to have a sole leader in position to drive the team to their goals. However, this notion is no longer an option for most businesses.
