Start Up Tech Development Programme

Sep 24, 2021

Grow your company and take your business to new levels.

CIRCLE Leadership are proud to deliver this innovative new business support programme for Leaders of Start Up businesses in the Tech industry on behalf of the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership and supported by the UK Space Agency and NatWest Business Bank.

Who is it for?

Leaders of Start Up businesses in the Tech industry are eligible to register for this programme if they run a UK limited company which had been trading for two years or less and has an annual income of at least £100,000 and are based or have a site in the M3 catchment area shown above.

How does it work?

The Start Up Tech Development Programme is a free, comprehensive development programme consisting of 18 hours of action learning and masterclasses.

Our professional facilitators, together with experts from the UK Space Agency and NatWest Business Bank, will support you and a small cohort of fellow business leaders in a non-competitive environment to overcome any challenges you face. In addition, those who are new to the EM3 Growth Hub are eligible for a further 12 hours of one-to-one support from our dedicated growth specialists.

What will I learn?

The programme is client-led, focussing on areas in which you want to improve. From strategy to marketing, finance to operations and HR, your experience will be tailored to your needs.

We are passionate about helping leaders, teams and their businesses succeed and grow. Having spent many years running diverse businesses ourselves, we are only too familiar with the difficulties, challenges, frustrations and at times the sheer loneliness and isolation it can bring to a leader.

The programme is developed and facilitated by expert business mentors, with a proven technology business background.

How much does it cost?

EM3 Growth Hub programmes are free to businesses who meet the criteria above.

Why is this programme only open to Start Ups in the Tech industry?

We have many years of experience working with businesses and partners to create programmes they say they need. This is one of a number of programmes which have been commissioned in response to feedback.

Success in business is measured by a variety of different attributes. Success can mean hitting a specific profit margin or any number of other performance goals. But no matter how you measure success within your business, you need the right people to help you achieve those goals. At one time, the notion of success was dedicated to the idea that you had to have a sole leader in position to drive the team to their goals. However, this notion is no longer an option for most businesses.
