Success Story - DV8 Designs

Values - for Growth

Lee Birchall, owner and managing director at award-winning Cheshire based DV8 Designs, recently completed the UK Government's innovative Peer Networks programme. The programme was delivered by CIRCLE Leadership on behalf of the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership as part of the COVID-19 recovery business support initiatives.

DV8 Designs are a dedicated award winning Architectural and Interior Design Practice who specialise in the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors. They have over 30 years’ experience and pride themselves in completing quality jobs and in turn building a compelling reputation.

They are specialists in architecture and interior design for all the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. From concept to finish, they handle every aspect of the project. This includes bespoke solutions, as well as full project management if desired.

Lee found the support of the facilitator, CIRCLE Leadership's managing director, Mark Bayley-Smyth, and the other business leaders on his programme really beneficial to support the next phase of development and it’s given them a plan of where they can now go to.  Lee commented, “One particular session I remember was on “Values”, which was quite inspirational.  We talked about the value that businesses can bring, but actually our values as well in the same session.  Mark was our facilitator, and he was amazing, quite simply he was amazing.”

Lee’s case study video on the peer networks programme may be viewed below.

Success in business is measured by a variety of different attributes. Success can mean hitting a specific profit margin or any number of other performance goals. But no matter how you measure success within your business, you need the right people to help you achieve those goals. At one time, the notion of success was dedicated to the idea that you had to have a sole leader in position to drive the team to their goals. However, this notion is no longer an option for most businesses.
